Shipping Days

I use a combination of scheduled pickup via USPS and I personally drop packages off as often as I can. All packages are either dropped off or picked up within 2 business days which does not count the weekends or federal holidays.

When will I receive my package?

Once your shipping label is made and you have been notified, all shipping inquiries should be directed towards your specific mail carrier. I ship nearly all my items via USPS unless you pay for a shipping upgrade. Once your package shows it has been received by the postal service please contact their service for information on where the package is located and estimated delivery times.

My package arrived with damaged contents

I try very hard to package all my items to mitigate any mishandling in the mail that could lead to damage. However, sometimes damages do occur. If your package arrives and your contents are damaged, please contact me immediately. Please take very detailed photos of the damage as well as the packaging that the item(s) arrived in and send them to me as well. Once I receive that, I will replace your item as quickly as possible.

Rush Orders

I do accept Rush orders. Please contact me prior to placing your order to ensure I can accommodate your request. The minimum rush fee is $25 and must be paid when you place your order.

Damage with use

I will not replace any items purchased in my shop that become damaged with standard use. Normal wear and tear occurs with the use of items such as keychains, jewelry, clothing, and functional home decor. I am not responsible for replacing any items that may become damaged after you receive it. If your item arrives damaged please report the damage to my shop within 3 business days of delivery. Please see FAQ for instructions on reporting damage that occurs during shipping.
